  11. 14 different cool (??) animations for ReqAttack. 32 
  12. color versions for AGA only users. 64 color versions 
  13. for graphics card users or AGA users, who have 
  14. maybe 128 color WB in use. ReqAttack can re-map 
  15. colors if you have only 64 colors in use (with couple 
  16. of locked colors), but never tested this. Not big 
  17. difference between 32 and 64 colors anyway. Some 
  18. anims are more or less ugly with 32 colors, but overall 
  19. 32 colors is enought. All animations are in two different 
  20. size. 62 and 82 pixels or 82 and 102 pixels, depends
  21.  of complexity of it. Choose you own. All animations 
  22. created with Amiga.

  24. reqattack.prefs file is included. Paste it to you own prefs 
  25. file or replace original with it.

  27. This package is freeware. If you edit them (better dithering 
  28. etc...) and spread them, include my name somewhere.

  36. Copy 64col or 32col drawer contents (or both...) to 
  37. ReqAttack/Animlogos

  42. When you test these animations, test them in practice !! 
  43. Multiview with reqattack datatypes gives very poor quality 
  44. (with my machine...). You get real quality only in practice !!
  45.  
  46. Seems, that 060 processor is enought fast to play even 
  47. 120*120 pixel animation. If it looks like, that you processor 
  48. cannot play maybe 82 pixel animation well, you can do 
  49. something like this... convert ReqAttack AnimBrush to 
  50. ReqAttack brush-file with RAIM_Anim2brush. Now you get 
  51. file, where all frames are in one big picture. CyberShow 
  52. can read it, then save it as 24 bit IFF-picture. Resizing 
  53. with only 32 or 64 colors gives bad result. Now you can 
  54. resize it with ImageFX or similar tool to suitable size. After 
  55. resizing convert picture to colormapped. Be sure, that 
  56. used software saves colormapped picture with 64 or 32 
  57. color palette, not with 256 color palette, as IFX 3.3 do. 
  58. IFX 4.1 makes that right. Now save it as IFF and convert 
  59. it  with RAIM_Convert tool. RAIM_Anim2IFF makes picture 
  60. straight to IFF, but not works in my computer anyway. With 
  61. 256 color palette animation takes more room from hard disk 
  62. and therefore takes more time to load.

  69. Specially to Georg Steger, author of ReqAttack. Now it is 
  70. possible to use animations in amigas requesters. And use 
  71. requesters straight from keyboard. Great package overall !

  82. - fire ,not so good fire-animation
  83. - format ,nice animation for "ok to format" requester

  86. - insert  ,for please insert disk requester
  87. - mustinsert ,for you must replace requester
  88. - lightning   ,hmmmm ... somehow bad quality in 32 colors.
